Starfall WIP

And there she is, the beautiful Starfall.

Or at least, there she mostly is. I still have to choose her color scheme (I want to do something with black and light blue or black and red, but I'm not sure what.

Anyways, some backstory for her:

Starfall came from the same "batch" as Blaze, but she wasn't actually "born" until about six months after him. Like all other foals of Project Nightshade, she was brought up from birth as a soldier, and was seeing combat by the time she was 14. However, during one mission she was horribly injured, and only survived because Blaze waded through heavy enemy fire to rescue her and get her to a field hospital. For almost a year, she was in a coma as her superiors debated whether to just "recycle" her or to see if she could still be used. For better or worse, the cybernetics division of "The Factory" had recently completed work on some experimental robotic prosthetics, and it was decided to use Starfall as a testbed for these. In the end, both of her legs, her entire left arm and her right eye were replaced with cybernetic components. After another year of training and physical therapy to get her accustomed to her new body parts, she was deemed fit for combat and was re-assigned to a new strike team - by some odd twist of fate, the same one that Blaze, her rescuer, was now assigned to.

In terms of powers and abilities, Starfall was created from splicing "enhanced" Pegasus genes with small amounts of enhanced Unicorn genes. She doesn't have a horn, but her Unicorn genes allow her to use a limited kind of magic: She can create and manipulate electricity. In addition, her enhanced pegasus genes mean that she is very fast and agile in the air or on the ground, but she isn't that much physically tougher than a very fit Pegasus. This means that, although it is hard to hit her, she can't take much in the way of punishment.

In combat, she uses her electrical powers in combination with a specially-constructed sword, as well as various interchangeable weapons that fit into her prosthetic limbs. (Most often, a prototype energy cannon built into her arm.)

I'll have the finished version of this done sometime this coming week (hopefully), in the meantime, I hope you like Starfall so far!
